As the Director of Medical Value and Population Health at Amgen, Erin Conley oversees strategic relationships with national payers, PBMs, specialty pharmacies, and other key payer organizations. In this role, she focuses on enhancing patient access to Amgen’s therapies while demonstrating their clinical and economic value. Additionally, she drives population health initiatives and supports real-world evidence generation, fostering clinical collaborations in key therapeutic areas.
Prior to joining Amgen, Erin spent nearly 15 years with Express Scripts in several roles, most recently as Vice President of Clinical Account Management in the Health Plan Division where she led a team of pharmacists and analysts to ensure client satisfaction and successful execution of clinical services and products. She set the strategic direction for the design and delivery of customized clinical, trend, specialty, formulary management, and government program solutions for key health plan clients aimed at optimizing patient outcomes while managing drug spend.
Erin received her Pharm.D. from University of Pittsburgh and her MBA from Maryville University in St Louis. Erin is a member of AMCP and a student mentor at University of Minnesota School of Pharmacy. She resides in Minneapolis, MN and enjoys travel, running, golfing, cooking, and volunteer photography for an animal rescue in her time away from work.
