Join members of AMCP’s Government Affairs team for a discussion on federal legislation and regulations relevant to the issues facing managed care pharmacy. This session will focus on AMCP’s top-priority issues, including prescription digital therapeutics (PDTs), value-based arrangements in Medicaid, access to biosimilars, and implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act, along with other federal policy actions under consideration by Congress and the Administration regarding pharmacy benefit managers, Medicare, Medicaid, and more.
