Ted Slafsky Bio 3/2025
Ted Slafsky is Publisher & CEO of 340B Report, the only news and intelligence service focused exclusively on the federal 340B drug discount program. His news service covers all the developments in the 340B program including federal and state legislative activity, legal matters and industry news. Slafsky is also Founder & Principal of the consulting firm Wexford Solutions. He has over three decades of experience in health policy and journalism.
Prior to 340B Report, he served as the long time President & CEO of 340B Health, a Washington D.C.-based association of over 1500 hospitals and health systems in the 340B program. During his tenure, he co-founded the 340B Coalition, an umbrella group of 12 national organizations representing 340B providers. He began his career as an award-winning reporter and researcher at U.S. News & World Report and then served as a health policy fellow in the U.S. Senate. Slafsky holds a BA from Tufts University with Magna Cum Laude honors and Master of Public Policy from Duke University. Mr. Slafsky is regularly quoted in the news and has written op-eds for many publications including USA Today, STAT and Health Affairs.
