Jessica Naber is a Principal and Consulting Actuary for the Indianapolis Health Practice of Milliman. She joined the firm in 2011, and is a lead in the life sciences consulting group. Jessica is also co-creator of Milliman DNA Gene and Cell Therapy Forecasting, a product that synthesizes clinical and scientific research for approved and pipeline gene and cell therapies, and estimates the associated costs and cases. With over a decade of experience, Jessica has consulted with life sciences companies on a variety of topics including market access, claims data analytics, contract modeling, and strategic planning. She is particularly passionate about supporting evidence generation activities through claims analytics and market research.
Jessica has led and participated in numerous research efforts and has authored several white papers and reports, some of which have been published by the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and their affiliated magazine. She has also presented at AMCP and SOA health conferences, and has been a guest on the SOA’s Research Insights podcast.
