Proven ability to launch new initiatives to achieve business targets and requirements. Ability to identify deficiencies and potential opportunities and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for high-cost strategies that enhance competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer-focused offerings.
Prior to joining Aon, Marnie spent time at Emerging Therapy Solutions (ETS) as the Vice President of Medical Services. Marnie helped develop and commercialize several ETS solutions focused on gene and cell therapy pipeline and other complex care management. Marnie also has an extensive industry network and experience from working directly for/with a variety of Managed Care & Accountable Care Organizations; HealthPartners, UHG, Medica, Unity Point Health, Bellin, ThedaCare and others.
Marnie is a graduate of the College of St Catherine in Nursing located in St. Paul, Minnesota. She also has finished studies in Leadership Strategies for Evolving Health Care Executives at Harvard School of Public Heath, located in Boston, Massachusetts.
